Return Policy

If your child decides that band or orchestra isn't for them, or they would like to switch to a different instrument, you can easily return your instrument to us. All you have to do is place the instrument in the original box with the packing material. If you do not have the original box, your local shipping facility will package it for you and ship the instrument back to us. Make sure to include your name and order number. You will receive confirmation of the return, once the instrument is received.
